We are a Business Club led by ESADE and consisting of Chinese multinationals present in Spain or another European country.

The Club is open to all Chinese multinationals installed in Europe.

It is currently in the process of recruiting more member companies and is expanding its network. Its aim is to be increasingly dynamic and useful for both its members as well as Spanish and European society.

ESADE-China relations

ESADE is an independent non-profit university founded in Barcelona in 1958 as an initiative of a group of business owners and the Society of Jesus. ESADE’s academic activities, held primarily on its campuses in Barcelona and Madrid, fall into three main areas of activity: training, research and social debate. We also have collaboration agreements with more than 100 universities and business schools worldwide. Each year, more than 11,000 students participate in our courses (MBA and Executive Education, as well as undergraduate and master’s programmes in business administration and law). We are currently recognised as one of the top 20 business schools worldwide. In fact, the Financial Times recently named ESADE the #10 business school worldwide for entrepreneurs.

In our international outlook, Asia is one of the key areas for the international expansion of ESADE Business School, with China playing an essential role. ESADE offers training to Asian students through its regular programmes and through joint programmes with Chinese universities, such as the Dual MBA, organised with Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management, and the MSc in Global Strategic Management, imparted jointly with the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (USA) and Lingnan College at Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou (China). ESADE also trains executives in China.

In light of China’s growth in terms of relations with Europe – and Spain in particular – in 2012 we created the ESADE China Europe Club, which provides the basis for strong collaboration between Chinese and Spanish companies and institutions. The activity of the ESADE China Europe Club focuses on improving business and institutional relationships with Chinese organisations that have set up operations in Spain and Europe.
